In the original 1977 version of Star Wars Episode VI: A New Hope, Darth Vader takes on Obi-Wan Kenobi in a lightsaber duel. For the 1st Star Wars movie of its time, the fight scene was stale and very dull. There was no concept of good fight choreography until the later movies arrived.
Despite the lack of imagination when it came to a lightsaber duel, fans who are passionate about the Star Wars movies decided to extend the classic, reimagining what an entire fight should look like. Both Darth Vader and Obi-Wan are 2 powerful force users who deserved a more fitting fight.
