Justice League Unlimited: Batman Dodges Darkseid’s Omega Beams

One of the most rememorable scenes from the animated cartoon Justice League Unlimited. In this clip, Darkseid takes on the Justice League with his army of Parademons. While Wonder Woman, Martian Man Hunter, and other fight the Parademons, Batman, Superman, and Lex Luthor battle Darkseid.

Superman is getting a religious beatdown from Darkseid and Batman wasn’t having it. He proceeds with kicking Darkseid in the back, which takes the attention away from Superman for a brief moment. Darkseid annoyed, proceeds to shoot is Omega Beams at Batman. The Dark Knight being crafty and agile, completely avoids the Omega Beams. To Darkseid’s surprise, no body has ever dodged it before.

What people fail to realize is that Batman is a peak level human with many years of martial arts. His intelligence alone allows him to think a few steps ahead which allows him to avoid danger.
