Tatsumaki Faces Off With Saitama (Artwork by Khyle)
Self-proclaimed artist who goes by the name of Khyle has created unique artwork of none other than Tatsumaki and Saitama. This scene was taken straight from Manga Chapter 181 of One Punch Man.
Khyle went to work and not only colored this piece but put his own influence, style, and creativity. He created a scene where both Saitama and Tatsumaki are making some kind of exchange, like a drug deal. Saitama with the money and Tatsumaki with the product.
The chosen outfits are on point and the coloring style used is incredible. We continue to love how independent artist and animators continue to pour their influence over the One Punch Man series. We will definitely look out for more artwork like this, so stay tuned!
Background story between Saitama and Tatsumaki
Saitama and Tatsumaki have a complicated relationship in the One Punch Man anime series. Tatsumaki, also known as the Tornado of Terror, is a powerful psychic hero who initially sees Saitama as weak and unworthy of being a hero. However, Saitama’s incredible strength and ability to defeat any opponent with just one punch eventually earns her respect.
Despite this newfound respect, Tatsumaki often clashes with Saitama due to her arrogant personality and tendency to underestimate him. In one instance, she even tries to use her psychic powers on him but fails miserably when he reveals his immunity to psychic attacks.
Their relationship becomes more complex when they team up during battles against powerful villains such as Boros and Garou. While they work well together in combat, their personalities clash outside of battle.
Overall, their relationship can be described as one of mutual respect mixed with occasional conflict due to their vastly different personalities and approaches to heroism.
